She requested a Delcatty. I've always seen these as house pets more than actual fighters. lol I imagine they'd like to sunbathe just as much as my real life kitties. haha So I tried my best to draw a nice BG- trying to get used to drawing out of my normal- I know this isn't big, but I think it looks pretty good step... and my friends that know me know I'll probably have my house walls painted that color some day! hehe.
In my Ruby game I had a Skitty in my party, but he was more of a pet and couldn't really defend himself all that well. He was mostly just for the contests. :3 loved him!

Aw, this one's cute. Like that you used different patterns for the pillows instead of just making them flat. To enhance the feeling of sunlight, in the future you can lightly outline the parts of delcatty that are closest to the window, where highlights would happen and also shade right after it a bit darker as well as a little darker towards the pillows. That way she'll look like shes in a window with light shining off her fur!
